Farben
High-Quality Acrylic and Oil Paints
For all my paintings, I use only premium acrylic and oil paints from trusted brands such as Golden Artist Colors, Schmincke, and Winsor & Newton. The exceptional quality of these materials is essential to me—not only to achieve beautiful results but also to ensure the longevity of each piece.
Acrylics serve as the foundation for my work. In the upper layers, I often incorporate water-mixable oil paints. Although they take longer to dry than acrylics, they deliver outstanding visual depth and richness.

Canvas
Premium, Durable Natural Materials
I paint on high-quality canvas made of 100% cotton, tightly stretched over a sturdy, warp-resistant stretcher frame made of pine wood. The durable fabric is drum-tight and fastened on the reverse side. To ensure lasting stability, medium and large formats include a central support bar or a cross brace for extra reinforcement.

Stretcher Frame – 2.5 or 4.5 cm Depth
Your Choice – Standard or Extra Deep Canvas Frame
Standard Depth – 2.5 cm (1 inch):
A classic, timeless option—perfect for a subtle, elegant look. Ideal if you plan to frame the painting or mount it flush to the wall.
Extra Deep – 4.5 cm (1.75 inches):
Bold and modern—this deeper frame gives the artwork a striking presence and added depth. It’s especially well-suited for large pieces or when you want the painting to stand on its own without an additional frame. This type of frame is very sturdy and relatively heavy.

Gold & Metallic Effects
Real Gold, Metal Leaf, and Metallic Paints
Gold and metallic elements add striking highlights and visual depth to a painting. While metallic paints offer a soft shimmer and elegant glow, real gold leaf and other metal leaf options (like imitation gold, silver, or copper) catch the light more dramatically—changing with the viewing angle and light source.
If you’re commissioning a painting, you can personalize it with these luminous details, choosing from subtle metallic accents to radiant genuine gold leaf.

Varnishing
Maximum Brilliance and Protection for Your Painting
Varnishing is a key step to preserve your painting’s vibrancy and protect it over time. I use high-quality final varnishes made specifically for acrylic and oil paintings. These provide lasting protection from dust, moisture, and harmful UV rays while enhancing color brilliance.
As shown in the comparison image: the left side features a high-gloss varnished piece, while the right side shows an unvarnished one—highlighting the difference in depth and finish.
